*For monthly contracts, the minimum contract is 3 months. Please note that the usage fee will not be refunded even in the case of cancellation in the middle.
*When you move out, we will deduct the cleaning fee from the security deposit and refund it.

  • After completing the membership registration, submit the necessary documents by email and the examination will start.
    (Examination period: 3 to 5 business days, results will be notified by email)

    ​ *Utility bills issued within 3 months under the name of a corporation

     

  • Completion of examination → After payment of the initial fee is completed, you can start using it. (Minimum 3 business days)

  • When you use the service for the first time, you will be given a MEMBERS CARD, and the concierge will provide you with service information.
     

  • In addition to the contracted desk space, the 3rd floor lounge and relaxing space are also available for work and visitors.
